These Terms apply to your use of natupropertiesfranchise.in, operated by Natu Properties 2.0 – The Franchise Network (“NP20”, “we”, “us”), a franchise activity of Natu Properties, Pune. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Information only, not an offer
The content on this website describes the NP20 franchise opportunity in general terms. It is not a binding offer, contract or guarantee. A franchise is granted only after our selection process and the signing of a written franchise agreement. If anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.
2. Selection
Submitting an enquiry does not entitle you to a franchise. We may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, and we are not required to give reasons.
3. Business opportunity, not employment
An NP20 franchise is an independent business opportunity. It is not a job, and franchisees are not employees of Natu Properties. Franchisees are responsible for their own business, conduct, taxes and regulatory registrations, including any registration required under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and MahaRERA rules.

Franchise fees, commission sharing, territory, renewal and exit terms are set out in the franchise agreement. Information on this website about these topics is a summary and may change.
